掘进工作面围岩应力分布特征及其与支护的关系

摘    要:采用FLAC3D软件计算分析了掘进工作面周围应力、位移及破坏区分布特征与变化规律,巷道轴线与最大水平主应力方向的夹角对围岩应力、位移及破坏的影响;研究了掘进工作面附近锚杆支护应力场的分布特征,及对空顶范围顶板的控制作用.分析了围岩与支护加固的相互作用,指出煤矿巷道围岩基本上属于非连续煤岩体,不能采用连续体的围岩响应曲线分析围岩与支护的关系,锚杆支护与支架等支护方式的基本原理有本质区别,也不能采用支架的围岩响应曲线分析围岩与锚杆的相互作用.基于锚杆受力变化的实测曲线,归纳出5种类型,得出锚杆支护围岩响应曲线,并提出了支护与加固的时空设计原则.最后,通过千米深井巷道、强烈动压影响巷道及深部沿空留巷的3个实例分析,对理论与数值研究结果进行了验证.

Abstract:FLAC3D was utilized to investigate distribution characteristics of stresses,displacements and plastic areas in the periphery of heading face. The influence of the angle between the roadway orientation and the in situ maximum principal horizontal stress on the stresses,deformation and failure in the surrounding rock were also investigated. Furthermore,the stress distribution characteristics of rock bolting in the periphery of heading face as well as their effects on the unsupported roadway roof were studied....
