酱油曲霉絮凝煤泥水的试验研究

摘    要:对购买的酱油曲霉进行活化,研究其产生的微生物絮凝剂对煤泥水的絮凝效果.研究结果表明,酱油曲霉对煤泥水有很好的絮凝效果,菌体培养72 h时制成的絮凝剂即破碎离心上清液对煤泥水的絮凝效果最好.当加药量为1.5%,助凝剂CaCl2用量为0.2 g/L时,煤泥水的絮凝率可达90.76%.说明微生物絮凝剂对煤泥水具有较好的净化效果.

Abstract:Aspergillus sojae was used as bacillus that could produce flocculant.Aspergillus sojae which was bought was activated.Research on the flocculant effects of microbial flocculant treating coal slime water was carried.The study results indicate that Aspergillus sojae has a good effect in flocculating coal slime water,the flocculent effect reaches 90.76%,when the microbial flocculant is made from centrifugation of liquid-state with Aspergillus sojae cultured for 72 h,and with CaCl2 0.2 g/L,microbial flocculant 1.5%.It has quite good purification results to use microbial flocculant to flocculate coal slime.
