双层多级盘式辊压破碎机的试验研究

摘    要:通过介绍双层多级盘式辊压破碎机的结构和工作原理,并应用该破碎机在河北涞源铁矿厂破碎车间进行了连续破碎铁矿石试验研究,通过对试验结果的分析,建立了双层多级盘式辊压破碎机的筛下产品粒度分布模型。粉碎试验结果显示,双层多级盘式辊压破碎机粉碎铁矿石效果理想,可以实现大破碎比,破碎产品粒度小,为选矿粉磨流程中“多碎少磨”的关键技术提供了一种新型设备。

Experimental study on the Double Lays, Multi-Roller Plate Crusher
Abstract:More crushing and less grinding, reducing particle size of grinding feed, are the research direction of crushing and grinding. In this paper ,structure and working principle of the Double Lays, Multi-Roller Plate Crusher ,and the new crusher was applied to do serial exeriment of crushing ironston at Lai-Yuan iron ores concentrator . Based on the experimental results, building mathematic model about size reduction model of the crusher. The results show that, the crushing effect is perfect. The new crusher can implement Large Reduction Ration and reducing the product size. The Double Lays, Multi-Roller Plate Crusher is a key technique of “More Crushing and Less Grinding” for the mineral processing and grinding processing.
