回采工作面温度场分布规律的数值模拟

摘    要:从守恒原理出发,导出了描述矿井采工作面风流紊流流动和温度分布的微分方程。通过对矿内风流流动及热力过程的理论分析和现场实测,系统地开展矿内风流流场和风流温度场的分布规律及其耦合作用机理的理论分析研究,通过数值模拟,初步得出了矿井回采工作面风流温度与各种参数的变化规律:回采工作面风流温度随风速提高呈负幂函数规律降低,随入风流温度升高呈线性升高,随工作面长度和采煤机位置的变化而变化。

Abstract:According to the principle of conservation,differential equation which can describe airflow temperature distribution in state of turbulent flow in mine working face is deduced. By theoretical analysis and scene measure to flow of mine airflow and thermal process, theoretical analysis research on distribution law and coupling action mechanism of airflow flow field and airflow temperature field in mine are developed systematically. By numerical simulation,introduction diversification law on airflow temperature with apiece parameters in mine working face is deduced: airflow temperature in mine working face reduce as a rule of negative power exponent with the increase of airflow speed, increase as a rule of linearity with the increase of entered airflow temperature, change with diversification of face length and shearer place.
