高变质煤改性机理及配煤炼焦优化

摘    要:为探讨高变质煤的改性机理,结合塑性成焦机理与供氢原理对两种高变质煤(无烟煤和贫煤)在焦化过程中的行为进行分析,采用元素分析和XRD方法研究了自主研发的一种煤粉改性剂(ZBS)对这两种煤的改性作用。结果表明,ZBS既具有供氢作用,又可以通过调整煤结构增加焦化过程中与氢结合的活性点。在200 kg焦炉上进行改性煤配煤炼焦,发现在配合煤中加入5%无烟煤、6%贫煤和0.10%ZBS炼制的焦炭质量最佳,与未添加ZBS相比,焦炭抗碎强度(M40)提高了4.40%,耐磨强度(M10)降低了0.70%,反应性(CRI)减小了4.25%,反应后强度(CSR)增大了4.83%,接近或好于生产配合煤的炼焦指标。

Modification mechanism of high rank coal and blending for conventional coking
Abstract:In order to study the modification mechanism of high rank coal,the behaviour of a pulverized coal modifier(ZBS) developed by the authors to anthracite and meagre coal was studied,based on the plastic mechanism of coking and the principle of hydrogen supply,and using the XRD detection method and the elemental analysis detection method.The results show that ZBS modifier can increase the activity point by combining with hydrogen on the one hand,and on the other hand it can provide hydrogen atoms when the coals turn from macromolecular substances to metaphase in coking process.It is found from 200 kg coke oven tests that the best quality of coke is obtained with the condition of adding 5% anthracite,6% meagre coal,0.10% ZBS added together to the coal blends.Adding ZBS,antibroken strength of coke(M40) increases by 4.40%,wear resistance strength(M10) reduces by 0.70%,coke reactivity index(CRI) decreases by 4.25%,strength after reaction(CSR) increases by 4.83%.The quality of coke obtained with adding ZBS is close to or even better than the production index of coke with coking coal.
