巷道围岩协同锚固系统及其作用机理研究与应用

摘    要:为了研究巷道围岩锚固过程中客观存在的多尺度、多层次控制变量的竞争与合作过程,以及由其产生的系统演化规律,提出了巷道围岩协同锚固的研究思路。借鉴协同原理和方法,从协同锚固的内涵、基本特征、系统组成等方面,构建巷道围岩协同锚固系统,提出该系统研究的主要内容、研究思路及方法。在此基础上,进一步分析锚杆(索)系统内部的协同作用以及锚杆(索)系统与围岩系统之间的协同锚固机理,并提出协同锚固设计的一般流程、内容和方法。研究表明,协同锚固系统强调子系统在宏观及微观上的协作与优化,通过协同作用使系统性能在宏观整体上大于各子系统、要素之简单总和,因而是优化局部、增强整体性能的一项控制机理及技术,更加符合巷道围岩稳定性控制的本质和需求。

Abstract:In order to study the multiscale and multilevel cooperation and contradction among the control variables,which are inherent in anchoring the surrounding rocks,and to investigate the laws of the consequent system evolution,a train of thoughts concerning the research on the synergistic anchoring system in surrounding rocks was presented.Taking the approach of synergistic principles and methods,this paper discussed the structure of the synergistic anchoring system in surrounding rocks from the aspect of its connotation,basic features,and system constitution,and then defined the major contents of this research,its research ideas and methods.On this basis,this paper concentrated on the synergism in the anchoring system and the synergistic mechanism between the anchoring system and its surrounding rocks,and worked out the general procedure,content and method of synergistic anchor designing.This research proves that the synergistic anchoring system stresses both the macroscopic and the microscopic coordination and optimization of the sub-systems.By means of synergism,it achieves an overall performance greater than a simple sum of all sub-systems and elements.Therefore,it is a controlling mechanism and technique with a capacity of optimizing the part and enhancing the whole,which fulfills the ultimate requirement of controlling and stablizing the roadway surrounding rocks.
