摘    要:在简要总结我国数字矿山建设成效的基础上,梳理了数字矿山内涵及其不同理解,讨论了自动采矿、遥控采矿、矿山物联网、感知矿山、智能采矿等相关概念及其与数字矿山的联系。结合采矿科技进步,采用数字化、信息化与自动化3条主线对数字矿山等概念进行了矩阵描述。指出:数字化、信息化、自动化是智能采矿的3项关键技术,数字化与信息化相辅相成,共同支撑矿山自动化;数字矿山是感知矿山与智能采矿的基础,感知矿山是智能采矿的保障。以当前煤矿安全避险六大系统建设和金属矿无人采矿系统技术发展为例,明确了数字矿山借力物联网的新任务。并面向矿山安全与智能采矿,分析提出了“十二五”期间数字矿山的5个主攻方向,即数字矿山集成平台、采矿模拟仿真系统、露天矿全自动化系统、井下定位与导航技术、采场环境智能感知技术。

Abstract:Based on summary of the achievements of digital mine construction in China,it made up the connotation and different intellections on digital mine.The concept of auto-mining,tele-mining,mine IoT,perception mines and intelligent mine were introduced,and the relats between digital mine and these concepts were discussed.Referring to the progresses of mining science and technology,the relations were depicted in a matrix with roads of mine technology in digitalization,information and automation.It was pointed out that the digitalization,information and automation are three key technologies of intelligent mine,the digitalization and information linking each other to support mine automation,and that digital mine is the base of perception mine and intelligent mine,and the perception mine is the insurance of intelligent mine.With the construction of the six safety-hedging systems in coal mines and the development of unmanned mining in metal mine being cases,the new tasks of digital mine with support from IoT were definitely suggested.Facing mine safety and intelligent mine,five issues for future research in the 12th five-year period(2011—2015) were suggested,which are integrated platform of digital mine,mine modeling-simulation system,total-automatic system in opencast,position-navigation technologies for underground mine and intelligent perception for mining environment,respectively.
