雾滴感应荷电的影响因素及相关性分析

摘    要:为揭示各因素对雾滴荷电的影响规律及各因素与荷电效果之间的关系,在一定的雾化参数下,采用网状目标法系统地研究了荷电电压 U 、电极环直径 D 以及极间距 L 对雾滴荷电效果的影响,并通过SPSS分析了这3种影响因素与雾滴荷电效果之间的相关性。结果表明:在感应荷电条件下,雾滴的荷质比随电压升高、电极环直径与极间距的减小而增大;各影响因素与雾滴荷质比之间基本上均成线性关系;荷电电压与极间距对雾滴的荷电效果具有显著影响,而电极环直径的影响相对较弱;各因素对雾滴荷电效果的影响顺序为:极间距>荷电电压>电极环直径。最后,建立了各因素影响雾滴荷电效果的统一线性方程。

Abstract:Aiming to reveal the influence regularity of each factor on charging effect and the relationship between influencing factors and charging effect,the impact of applied voltage(U),electrode ring diameter(D) and the distance between spray nozzle and electrode ring(L) on charging effect of droplets by induction was investigated by mesh target method under constant atomizing parameters.The correlation between influencing factors and charging effect of droplets was analyzed by SPSS.The results show that the charge to mass ratio of droplets increases with the increase of U and decrease of D and L.There is an approximately linear relation between each influencing factor and charging effect of droplets.The charging effect of droplets can be influenced greatly by U and L,but the impact of D is weak.The order of impact degree on droplets charging effect is L>U>D.At last,the linear regression equation of influencing factors and charging effect of droplets was built.
