大阶段嗣后充填采场围岩破坏规律及其巷道控制技术

摘    要:以和睦山铁矿为工程背景,通过数值软件模拟和现场地压显现调查,分析了大阶段嗣后充填采场围岩破坏规律及周边巷道破坏失稳原因;在各分段巷道关键部位,布置了12个变形监测点和4个应力监测点,采用数显收敛计和应力计对巷道表面变形和应力变化进行了监测,总结了巷道变形破坏特征;提出了增加初次支护强度,采用锚索喷锚网和U型钢可伸缩支架联合分级支护控制措施方案。实践证明:围岩稳定性是大阶段嗣后充填法运用的关键因素;优化后支护方案有效地提高了巷道稳定性,减少了二次支护率。

Failure rules of surrounding rock in stope and controlling techniques for roadway of high stage backfilling method
Abstract:Based on engineering background of Hemushan Iron Mine,the simulation software and the way of ground pressure field investigation were used to analyse the deformation rules of surrounding rock in stope of high stage backfilling method and the reason of destabilization of roadway close to it.12 displacement monitoring dots and 4 stress monitoring dots were arranged in the key position of roadway in different stages,the surface displacement and stress change of drift were gained by digital convergence meter and stress meter,and got the feature of roadway deformation and break.The ways of increasing the initial supporting strength,using bolt mesh cable together U shaped contractible frame and grading supporting were presented.It is proved that the stability of surrounding rocks is the key factor for successfully using high stage backfilling method,the optimized supporting plan are effective to increase the roadway stability,and to decrease ratio of secondary supporting.
