沿空留巷锚杆(索)主动支护巷道顶板离层分析

摘    要:顶板离层是沿空留巷锚杆和锚索支护巷道最大的安全隐患之一,如何有效进行巷内锚杆(索)支护和巷旁支护,是消除巷道安全隐患最有效的措施之一。文中分析了沿空留巷与实体煤巷和沿空煤巷顶板离层形成原因的异同,建立了锚杆(索)主动支护沿空留巷的离层临界力学模计算型;在此基础上,通过简化计算,得出沿空留巷顶板岩梁平衡公式,求解了沿空留巷顶板离层临界值数学表达式;最后根据四川达竹金刚煤矿3117工作面的地质条件,试算了沿空留巷顶板离层值,并在该工作面沿空留设的运输巷进行现场顶板深基点离层实测,实测结果吻合了建立的沿空留巷顶板离层表达式的计算结果,并详细分析了巷道各测区顶板离层的发育规律。为同类型的沿空留巷锚杆(索)支护巷道的工作面沿空留巷的安全留设提供了参考经验,为巷道顶板离层临界值的估算提供了理论计算和实践检验。

Analysis of bolt or cable support technology for roadway roof abscission layer in gob-side entry retaining
Abstract:Roof separation is the major source of hidden danger in bolt supporting entry and cable supporting roadway. How to practice lane bolt (cable) support and lane roadside support technology efficiently, that’s one of efficient ways to eliminate hidden danger in lanes. In this thesis, first analyze the similarities and differences of the cause in roof separation forming between gob-side entry retaining and entity coal roadway or roadway along gob. And then make a roof separation mechanical model for calculation of critical of bolt or cable active supporting in gob-side entry retaining. On this basis, and by simplifying the calculation, get an equation to balance the gob of roof beam, and an arithmetic expression of the roof separation threshold in gob-side entry retaining. At last, according to the geological condition of No.3117 face in Jinggang Coal Mine of Shichuan, Calculate the roof separation value in gob-side entry retaining and measure it at deep roof separation points in transport lanes of this face. The measured results are in accordance with the calculated results and Analyzing the development of roadway roof abscission layers. This thesis can offer a reference experience for the safety of similar bolt or cable supporting roadway, and provide theoretical calculation and practice test in calculating the roof separation threshold.
