摘    要:利用RFPA2D岩石破裂过程分析系统软件,对神华集团乌达矿区五虎山煤矿9号煤层巷道围岩变形和破坏过程进行了动态仿真模拟,并根据模拟结果,分析了随着煤层上山的掘进中上覆岩层的破断过程、特征与来压特点,揭示了煤层顶板的破断及煤壁支撑压力的变化规律.同时研究了各种支护情况下巷道变形规律、破坏机理、围岩应力分布情况以及支护手段对巷道的加固效果.用RFPA岩石破坏过程分析系统进行仿真模拟时,其模型应力状态可以通过2种方法反映出来:① 通过模型破坏过程图片上的灰度值反映;② 通过系统中的功能命令--多单元信息--来获得.系统会自动生成截面上所有单元的应力状态数据文件,并可显示出每个单元计算步骤的应力和位移曲线.

Abstract:Simulated the dynamic process of rock deformation and failure in the roadways of the No.9 coal seam, Wuhushan coal mine,Wuda mine area Shenhua Group by using the software rock failure process analysis system (RFPA). Based on the simulation results, analyzed the failure process, characteristics and weighting of the overburden as the long wall retreat mining proceeds.Expatiated the failure of coalbed roof and the change law of coal wall support stress. Studied the roadway’s behaviors including deformation characteristics, failure mechanisms, stress distribution in the surrounding rocks and the effects of various support systems on roadway stability. While simulating the rock failure process with RFPA, the model stresses can be obtained through two approaches: ① The stress is reflected by the grayscale of pictures in the model failure process; ② The model stress can be obtained by muti element information, which is one of the commands in RFPA system. Data files of stress can automatically be created, and stress curves and displacement of each element can be displayed in each step of computation.
