高强低吸水性膨胀珍珠岩保温制品的研制

摘    要:用膨胀珍珠岩与无机胶结料混合并加入适量的助熔剂研制高强低吸水性膨胀珍珠岩保温制品 ,试验结果表明 ,当在膨胀珍珠岩中掺入 30 %以上的无机胶结料并在 74 0℃左右焙烧时 ,可制得高强度低吸水性的膨胀珍珠岩保温制品

Abstract:Expanded perlite insulating products with high strength and low water absorption were produced by using expanded perlite,inorganic binder and flux as feed materials.Thetest results indicated that the expanded perlite products with high strength and low waterabsorption may be produced when more than 30% inorganic binder was mixed with expanded perlite and calcined at about 740℃.
