摘    要:研究了表面活性剂(DTAB)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)联合处理污泥,讨论对絮体特征、污泥沉降性能和脱水性能的影响。结果表明,当投加量分别DTAB 0.08g/gDS(干污泥),PAM 0.8mg/gDS时,污泥泥饼的含水率最低,为65.41%。为进一步探讨表面活性剂的调质机理,实验通过观察和比较处理前后污泥絮体的粒径分布,经过联合调理污泥最大粒径小于只经过PAM调理污泥,污泥絮体被破坏。实验结果表明,DTAB和PAM联合作用,能够使破坏污泥絮体结构,减少絮体中游离结合水的含量,改善了污泥的脱水性能。

Abstract:The effects of the joint action of surfactant(DTAB) and Polyacrylamida(PAM) on floc characteristic, settleability and dewaterability of sludge were studied. The experimental results indicated that water content of sludge cake was minimum, being 65.41% when the dosages of surfactant(DTAB) and Polyacrylamida(PAM) were 0.08g/gDS(dewatered sludge) and 0.8mg/gDS respectively. For the quenching mechanism of surfactant, the experiment through observation and comparison before and after the treatment of sludge floc size distribution, after conditioning sludge particle size of less than after PAM conditioning of sludge, the sludge flocs were destroyed. The experimental results show that, the combined effects of DTAB and PAM, to destroy the sludge floc structure, reduce the free water content with the floc, improve the dewatering performance of sludge.
