钼尾矿免蒸压加气混凝土的试验研究

摘    要:采用免蒸压工艺,研究了钼尾矿、水泥、石灰及矿渣对加气混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:随着水泥和石灰添加量的增大,加气混凝土的强度分别呈增大和先增大后减小的变化趋势,其干密度均呈现出先减小后增大的变化趋势,矿渣的掺入明显提高了混凝土制品的强度,但同时增大了制品的干密度。其最佳的原材料配比为(钼尾矿∶矿渣∶水泥∶石灰∶石膏)=(40∶25∶10∶22∶3),Al粉的质量分数为0.06%,水料比质量分数为0.6。此配比下所得加气混凝土制品抗压强度为3.12 MPa,干密度为660 kg/m3。

Abstract:The effect of the cement and the lime and the slag on properties of non-autoclaved aerated concrete by Shangluo Jiulong molybdenum tailings. The results show that with incresing of cement and lime additon, the compressive strength of aerated cincrete are increasing, and firstly increasing and then decreasing respectively. The dry density are all firstly dereasing and then increasing. The compressive strength of aerated cincrete is improved by the slag, but the dry density is increased. The best raw metarial rate is (molybdenum tailings: slag: cement: lime: plaster)= (40:25:10:22:3), and the addition of Al powder is 0.06%, and the ratio of water to material is 0.6. The compressive strength of aerated cincrete is 3.12MPa, and the dry density is 660kg/m3.
