青海某难选金锑矿石综合回收选矿试验研究

Beneficiation Research on Comprehensive Recovery of a Refractory Au-Sb Ore in Qinghai

A fine-grained disseminated gold ore in Qinghai belongs to quartz porphyry type ore with low content of sulphide,the gold size of which is less than 0.005mm,mainly wrapped in silicate,carbonate and arsenic pyrite,furthermore,the content of toxic arsenic element is very high.Therefore,it′s a refractory ore.Directed at these properties,contrastive experiments of direct cyanide leaching of gold from raw ore and oxidizing roasting raw ore—cyanide leaching of gold and floatation were carried out.The results show that the technology of selective flotation of Au-Sb—flotation of depressing arsenic was the suitable one.Through two roughing flotation,two scavenging flotation and two cleaning flotation,the antimony concentrate of 57.00%Sb with the recovery of 62.70% and the gold concentrate of 32.35g/t Au with the recovery of 73.28% were obtained respectively.
