某石英脉型多金属硫化物金矿的工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:某石英脉型多金属硫化物金矿中伴生有银、铜、铅、锌。工艺矿物学研究表明,金、银、铜、铅、锌主要分布于金属硫化物中,金属硫化物密切共生。虽然各金属硫化物粒度较细,相互之间嵌布复杂,但是如果把金属硫化物看作一个整体,其粒度要粗的多,与脉石之间的关系也较简单。因此,可以采取粗磨抛尾,再磨分选综合回收铜、铅、锌,或粗磨抛尾,浮选回收金属硫化物→造酸→酸浸铜、铅、锌→氰化浸出金、银,综合回收金、银、铜、铅、锌。

Abstract:The gold in a quartz vein type polymetallic sulphide ore is accompanied with silver,copper,lead and zinc.The research results showed that most of gold,silver,copper,lead and zinc are distributed in metallic sulphides,and have complex paragentic relationship each other.Moreover,the grain size of metallic sulphides is finer.But,as a whole,the metallic sulphide is thicker in grain size and is simpler in relationship with gangue minerals.There are two technological flowsheets can be selected :discarding the atilings at coarser size-regrinding and separating-comprehensive recovery of copper,lead,zinc;Discarding the tailings after coarse grinding-flotation of sulphides-acid leaching of copper,lead and zinc-cyanide leaching of gold and silver.
