云南某铅锌多金属硫化矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:对云南某铅锌多金属硫化矿石进行了浮选试验研究,结果表明采用部分混合浮选的工艺流程,可得到铅品位为68.47%、回收率为88.01%,铜品位为2.47%、回收率为90.60%的铜铅混合精矿;以及锌品位为47.28%、回收率为90.91%的锌精矿。

Abstract:An experimental research on flotation technology for separating a Pb-Zn polymetallic sulphide ore in Yunnan is carried out.The results obtained by laboratory tests showed that adopting the technological flowsheet of partial bulk flotation,a Cu-Pb bulk concentrate of 68.47% Pb with a recovery of 88.01% and 2.74% Cu with a recovery of 90.66% can be obtained.In this Cu-Pb bulk concentrate,the grade of zinc reached 47.28%,the recovery of zinc is 90.91%.
