低品位氧化铜矿还原焙烧-氨浸试验研究

摘    要:对云南个旧卡房白沙坡低品位难选氧化铜矿进行了还原焙烧 -氨浸试验 ,分析了还原温度、焙烧时间、还原气氛以及 Na2 CO3 的加入量对铜浸出率以及砷在焙烧气相、浸出液和浸出渣中分布规律的影响。结果表明铜浸出率最高可达 87.59% ,砷的分布规律为 :进入焙烧气相中 2 5%~30 %、进入浸出渣中 60 %~ 70 %、进入浸出液中 5%~ 6%

Abstract:Low grade copper oxide ore from Kafang,Gejiu,Yunnan,is leached in ammonia after reduction roasting. The influence of reducing temperature,roasting time,reducing atmosphere and Na 2CO 3 on copper leaching rate and on distribution law of As is analyzed. The results show that copper leaching rate is more than 87 per cent,distribution law of As are: 25-30 percent of As come into roasting atmosphere,60-70 percent of As come into leached sludge, 5-6 percent of As come into leached solution.
