铁尾矿免蒸免烧砖的研制

摘    要:在对赤城龙关地区铁尾矿的性质和成分进行分析的基础上,进行了以铁尾矿为主要原料制备免蒸免烧砖的试验研究。通过改变铁尾矿、中砂、石灰、水泥以及外加剂的用量,采用QTY6-16型液压砌块成型机的压制成型,经过自然养护,抗压强度和抗折强度达到了《GB5101-2003》MU10的标准要求。尾矿利用率达到50%。这一成果如投入到实际生产,不仅缓解了赤城地区选矿厂尾矿排放对周边环境的影响,又可节约资源,实现了矿产业的可持续发展。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the properties and components of iron tailings of Longguan in Chicheng,experimental research on the preparation of non-fired and non-steamed bricks was carried on by using iron tailings as the main materials.Through adjusting the dosage of iron tailings,medium sand,lime,cement and addictives,pressing formation by adopting QTY6-16 type hydraulic block forming machine and curing by nature,the compression and flexural strength meets the requirement of《GB5101-2003》MU10 and the tailing utilization rate reaches 50%.If it is put into actual production,it will not only relieve harm to environment produced in the process of discharging iron tailings,but also save resources,realizing the sustainable development of mining industry
