某难选混合铜矿选矿工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对云南某地难选混合铜矿进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明:采用混合捕收剂,经过两次粗选和三次精选的浮选流程,可获得铜精矿品位为15.52%、回收率为81.71%的较好浮选指标。该工艺流程简单,易于工业化生产。

Abstract:According to the ore characteristic of a hard-to separate mixed copper ore in Yunnan,an experimental research on the mineral processing technology that is suitable for separating this kind of refractory was conducted.The results show that under the condition of using a combined collector,by use of a technological flowsheet of"two roughing flotation and three cleaning flotation",a copper concentrate of 15.52% Cu is obtained with a recovery of 81.71%.Moreover,the technological process is simple and easy-to co...
