摘    要:应用微波消解处理样品,采用In和Re元素作为内标,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定样品中Pb、cd.方法的检出限为Pb0.002mg/L,Cd0.001mg/L.精密度高于3%,回收率97%~103%.整个方法检出限低、简单、快速和准确.

Abstract:Pb and Cd in sauce were determined simultaneously by ICP-MS,using microwave digestion for sample handling,In and Re as internal standard.The detection limit of Pb ad Cd were 0.002mg/L and 0.001mg/L respectively,the degree of precision was more than 3% and the recovery was 97%~103%.Therefore,this method is simple,rapid and accurate with low detection limit.
