摘    要:铜录山矿已有多年的开采历史,低品位高含泥氧化铜矿石的难选问题一直未得到解决,致使大量同等矿石堆存或废弃。本研究采用直接浮选工艺流程,硫化钠、改性黄药(KD4)与螯合捕收剂W-7联用,从含0.96%Cu(铜氧化率98%,结合铜占有率28%)和0.75g/tAu的原矿,选出优质铜精矿,其品位为30.30%Cu和23.30g/tAu,铜回收率66.09%,金回收率66.22%。铜尾矿综合回收铁,铁精矿品位62.62%Fe,铁回收率68.94%。较好地解决了低品位高含泥氧化铜矿石综合回收的难题

Abstract:Since the problem of mineral processing of low grade copperoxideorewithhighslimeinTonglushan Mine has not yet been solved , large amount of ores are piled or discarded . The direct flotation process for these types of ores is studied by authors . In the reagent regime,sodium sulfide , modified xanthate (KD4) and chelating collector (W7) are used together . The good quality copper concentrate can be obtained from the ores containing 0.96% Cu (the oxidation rate of Cu is 98% and the occupation rate of unseparable Cu is 28% ) and 0.75 g/t Au ( inclusion Au is 23% ) . The grades of the concentrate are 30.30% Cu and 23.30 g/t Au with the recovery of Cu 66.09% and of Au 66.22% respectively . Futher recovering iron concentrate from copper tailings,the iron concentrate with the grade 62.62% Fe and the recovery of Fe 68.94% can be obtained . The problem of the comprehensive utilization of the low grade copper oxide ore is better solved .
