摘    要:通过对苏州硫酸厂硫酸渣工艺矿物的研究,查明了硫酸渣的物质组成和矿物特征,在此基础上进行了选矿工艺的研究。在磨矿细度为-325目56.24%、硫酸渣铁品位52.5%条件下,经酸浸处理后磁—浮联合流程选别,获得铁品位为59.75%r的铁精矿,回收率达到了82.92%。

Abstract:Research on process minerclogy of the pyrite cinder at Suzhou Sulphuric Acid Plant, Identify mineralogical composition and characters of pyrite cinder. Base on these re-sults detailed research on its mineral processing technology. Under the conditions of grinding fineness-325 mech and pyrue cinder containing 52. 5% Fe,a concentrate of iron 59. 75% with total recovery of 82.72% can be obtained from pyrite cinder at Suzhou Sulphuric Acid Plant by a combined flowsheet of magnetic-flotation separation after acid leaching.
