石灰法常温浮选低品位白钨矿的工艺研究

摘    要:柿竹园低品位白钨矿原矿WO3品位为0.39%,采用石灰法常温浮选分离,经粗选闭路试验获得了WO3品位为3.53%,回收率77.01%的白钨粗精矿。精选开路试验,通过添加酸化水玻璃,获得了最终浮选精矿WO3品位为42.12%,回收率46.26%的良好指标。精矿产品XRD图谱分析表明,萤石和方解石在石灰法粗选段和精选段分别得到了强烈的抑制作用,白钨矿与含钙脉石矿物可实现有效分离,研究结果表明,石灰法是实现白钨常温浮选的一条有效途径。

Abstract:The lime-based flotation of scheelite ore of Shizhuyuan was carried out at room temperature in this study. Through a closed circuit roughing, a concentrate with WO3 grade of 3.53% and recovery of 77.01%, respectively, can be produced from a raw ore with a WO3 grade of 0.39%. And then in an open circuit concentrating process, a final concentrate with WO3 grade of 42.12% and recovery of 46.26%, could be obtained through adding acidized water glass. The XRD patterns of the final concentrate showed that calcite and fluorite can be strongly depressed in the closed and open circuit flotation processes, leading to the selective separation of scheelite from them. This study suggested that lime-based method was an effective way to achieve the selective separation of scheelite from other calcium-bearing gangue minerals at room temperature.
