内蒙古阿巴嘎旗高勒吉铜矿山工艺改造研究

摘    要:内蒙古阿巴嘎旗高勒吉铜矿,建厂初期,由于采出的矿石主要为混合矿,选矿回收率平均在85%左右,其他伴生元素均未回收,造成资源浪费,企业经济效益得到损失。通过对现场生产工艺进行改进,不仅显著提高了铜矿回收率(回收率提高了5.59%),而且其伴生元素也得到了综合回收。改造后三年的平均回收率铅90.35%,锌88.64%,银67.21%,达到了资源综合回收利用目的。企业每年增量收入为300多万元,企业获得了显著经济效益。

Abstract:At the beginning of factory building,because the main ore in Gaoleji copper ore in Abagaqi copper ore was the mixed one,the average recovery was about 85%and the associated elements could not be recovered,which leads the waste of resources and the loss of economic benefits of enterprises.Throng process improvement,not only was the recovery of copper improved 5.59%,but also the associated elements were recovered.After the transformation of the three years the average recovery of lead,zinc and silver is 90.35%,88.64%and 67.21%respectively,achieving the aim of comprehensive recovery of resources.The annual increment income is more than 3,000,000 yuan,which the enterprises obtain remarkable economic benefits.
