几种工业废渣的碱激发效果研究

摘    要:研究了几种碱性激发剂对水淬高炉矿渣、钢渣和粉煤灰三种固体废弃物的激发效果。实验表明,低模数水玻璃对三种废渣的激发效果最好。其中采用水淬高炉矿渣与低模数水玻璃制成的胶凝材料砂浆试块28d抗压强度最高可达到102.26MPa。钢渣与粉煤灰复合制成的胶凝材料比单独使用一种废渣的强度高,显示出明显的叠加效应。

Abstract:The activation effect of some kinds of alkali activators for three solid wastes-water-quenching blast furnance slag,steel slag and fly-ash has been investigated in this paper.The test results showed that the activation effect of low-modulus water glass is optimal.The 28 days strength of the test block of mortar prepared by water-quenching blast furnance slag and low-modulus water glass can up to 102.26MPa.The pressure strength of gelatinous material prepared by steel slag and fly-ash is higher than those of materials prepared by single waste slag,exhibiting obvious superimposing effect.
