低品位铁矿煤基直接还原的研究

摘    要:对多种低品位难选铁矿石进行了煤基直接还原研究 ,提出了煤基直接还原—渣铁分离—还原铁粉冷固成型的新工艺流程。所得产品的铁品位、金属化率和铁回收率分别在 91%、92 %和87%以上。该工艺为我国大量的低品位难选铁矿的开发利用提供了新途径

Abstract:The coal resource in China is richer than natural gas resource.The coal based direct reduction process should be developed mainly in the field of direct reduction.The iron ores in our country is mostly low in grade and hard to be separated.To utlizing fully this iron oresresources,various low grade and hard to separate iron ores were studied in this paper by means of coal based direct reduction process.Based on experimental results a new technological process was proposed as follows: coal based direct reduction process separation of iron and slag cold bonded agglomeration of DRI fines.The main performance indexes of the product from this process were described as follows:iron grade>91%;metallization rate>92%;iron recovery>87%.This process can be seen as a new way in utilizing the numerous low grade and hard to separate iron ores in our country which have not been exploited yet.
