富硼渣综合利用实验性研究

摘    要:富硼渣与焙烧后的硼镁矿相似,可代替硼镁矿作为硼和镁的来源。以富硼渣为原料,采用硫酸一步法分解制取硼酸、一水硫酸镁和碳碱法制取硼砂均得到了最佳工艺条件,收到了良好的效果,硼酸的收率达到71.86%,一水硫酸镁的收率为55.77%,硼砂的收率达到71.93%。硼酸、一水硫酸镁和硼砂纯度很高,符合国家质量标准。比较两种方法,综合环保与市场因素,采用硫酸分解一步法生产硼酸更为合适。

Abstract:Since the boron-rich slag is similar to ascharite in the chemical composition, it could replace the ascharite to be the source of boron and magnesium. The optimum condition of preparation of boric acid, magnesium sulfate monohydrate and borax were obtained by sulfuric acid one-step method and carbonate-alkaline method. The results are very good. The recovering rate of boric acid is 71.85%, the recovery rate of magnesium sulfate monohydrate 55.74% and the borax recovery rate up to 71.93% which fit national quality standards because of their high purity. Compared to the two sulfuric acid one-step method and carbonate-alkaline method and taking into account environmental and market factors, the production of boric acid and magnesium sulfate monohydrate using sulfuric acid one-step method is more appropriate.
