硫氰酸盐法从工业废渣中浸取金银的实验研究

摘    要:对硫氰酸盐法浸取工业废渣中金银进行了工艺试验研究,实验结果表明:硫氰酸铵浓度为6%,pH为1,软锰矿用量为矿粉量的7.5%,液固比为2,搅拌浸出5h,金银的浸出率可分别达到81%和40%。

Abstract:An experimental research on leaching efficiency of gold and silver from industrial residues by thiocyanate process has been performed.The results of this study showed that under the conditions of the concentration of ammonium thiocyanate is 6%,the pH value of leaching solution is kept at 1,the dosage of pyrrolusite(MnO2) accounts for 7.5% of industrial residue,the liquid-to-solid ratio is 2,and the leaching time is 5h,the leaching rate of gold and silver can reach 81% and 40%,respectively.
