超极限h/D螺旋溜槽的研究及应用

摘    要:本文基于普通细粒螺旋溜槽分选原理 ,提出并研制了超极限 h/ D螺旋溜槽 ,成功解决了非金属矿红柱石的脱泥及初步富集问题。在同等条件下 ,与普通溜槽相比 ,超极限溜槽脱泥作业粗精矿产率可提高约 1 0 % ,Al2 O3含量可提高约 4 %。

Abstract:Based on the sizing principle of conventional fine helical chute,this article advanced and developed an out limited h/D helical chute,which successfully solved some problems experienced in the desliming and primary beneficiation of andalusite.Under the same conditions,the yield of rough concentration by desliming with out limited chute is 10% more than with conventional chute,and the content of Al 2O 3 is about 4% more.
