钛渣酸解液制取水合TiO_2及杂质行为研究

摘    要:研究了直接水沸法从含钛高炉渣和硫酸反应得到的酸解溶液中提取水合TiO2的新工艺,并通过正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件,即水解温度100℃、陈化时间20h、酸度系数1.1、陈化温度20℃、TiO2浓度101.50g/L、水解时间140m in。水解后溶液用于循环酸解,除去杂质富集浓缩后可得到硫酸铝产品,其纯度以A l2O3计为16.5%。

Abstract:A new technology for extracting hydrated TiO_2 by boiling acid-leach liquor produced by H_2SO_4 leaching of Ti-bearing BF slag was researched.The optimal technological conditions determined by orthogonal experiment were as follows:hydrolyzing temperature 100℃,ageing time 20h,acidity coefficient 1.1,ageing temperature 20℃,TiO_2 concentration 101.50g/L,hydrolyzing time 140min.The Al_2O_3 in the solution was enriched when the acid-leach solution is recycling used in leaching process.The qualified Al_2(SO_4)_3 product,whose purity reached 16.5% Al_2O_3 is obtained.
