低品位铅锌硫化矿铅锌分离试验研究

摘    要:针对福建某低品位铅锌矿嵌布粒度细和矿物共生关系密切,铅锌分离困难的问题,采用以乙硫氮作铅矿物捕收剂、ZnSO4和Na2SO3组合抑制剂代替原工艺中NaCN进行抑锌浮铅,选铅尾矿经CuSO4活化后,用丁基黄药作锌矿物捕收剂选锌的依次优先浮选流程,成功实现了无氰工艺的铅、锌有效分离,获得了铅品位和回收率分别为65.33%和89.33%的铅精矿及锌品位和回收率分别为53.18%和91.91%的锌精矿。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems of fine disseminated size and close intergrowth relationship of lead and zinc minerals in a low-grade Pb-Zn ore,as well as lead minerals and zinc minerals are difficult-to separated,the technological flowsheet of selective flotation was adopted by using sodium diethyldithio-carbamat as collector of lead minerals,ZnSO4 and Na2SO3 as combined depressant to replace NaCN used in previous technology in order to float lead and depress zinc.After tailings is activated by CuSO4,selective flotation of zinc minerals is carried out by using butyl xanthate as collector of zinc minerals,a cyanide-free flotation technology is satisfactory realized,and effective separation of lead and zinc is successfully reached.A lead concentrate of 65.33% Pb was obtained with a recovery of 89.33%,and a zinc concentrate of 53.18% Zn was obtained with a recovery of 91.91%.
