攀钢高炉瓦斯泥的综合利用

摘    要:高炉瓦斯泥中含有大量的铁,如能回收则是很好的炼铁原料。本文针对攀钢高炉瓦斯泥含铁率较低、含锌率较高的特点进行了磁选、重选、浮选探索试验,最终确定采用重—浮联合的最佳工艺流程,获得铁品位47.20%、回收率49.24%的铁精矿,并使锌集中到尾矿中,以利于锌的回收。

Abstract:BF gas mud contains a lot of iron.The iron concentrate obtained from the gas mud may be used as sintering raw materials.The tests about recovering iron concentrate from BF gas mud in some steel factories are introduced in this paper firstly.But the percentage composition of iron is relatively low and zinc is relatively high in BF gas mud of Panzhihua iron & steel Co.Based on the experimental result,a combined mineral processing technology including gravity separation and flotation has been selected finally.Using the technology obtained iron concentrate contains 47.20% Fe with a recovery of 49.24%.Zinc has been concentrated in tailings which is beneficial to recovery of zinc.
