复杂难选硫化-氧化混合铅锌矿选矿分离技术

摘    要:摘要: 云南某复杂难选混合铅锌矿多金属资源矿石成分和结构构造复杂, 各矿物间互相紧密镶嵌, 且粒度分布细。原矿中硫化铅矿物占40.70%,氧化铅矿物占43.50%, 另有15.16%的磷(砷钒)氯铅矿。硫化锌矿物为70.44%,试验矿样为硫化-氧化混合铅锌矿石,矿石性质复杂,矿石氧化率高,铅锌元素分散分布,要分选出单一金属的合格精矿同时回收率相对较高极为困难。试验研究针对矿石特性,将矿石中的硫化矿、氧化矿分类选别与富集,分别产出锌精矿、铅锌精矿、氧化铅精矿三种精矿产品,同时伴生的银矿物分别在铅锌精矿及氧化铅精矿中得到富集。通过多金属矿石选矿分离技术研究,使该复杂、难选硫化-氧化混合铅锌矿石及其伴生矿产资源得到综合回收和利用。

Abstract:A complicated and refractory lead-zinc sulfide and oxidize bulk ore in Yunnan has the characteristics of complex composition,close dissemination and fine particle size distribution,among which the lead sulfide minerals accounts for 40.70%,lead oxide minerals 43.50%and pyromorphite(endlichite)15.16%.The zinc sulfide mineral is 70.44%.It's very difficult to select single metallic qualified concentrate with high recovery for the lead-zinc sulfide and oxidize bulk ore with complicated ore properties,high oxidation rate and dispersal lead and zinc.Aimed at the properties,the sulfide and the oxidize were separated and enriched respectively,producing zinc concentrate,lead-zinc concentrate and zinc oxidize concentrate.Meanwhile,the associated silver was enriched in the lead-zinc concentrate and lead oxidize concentrate.Through the research of beneficiation separation technology,the complicated and refractory lead-zinc sulfide and oxidize bulk ore and the associated mineral resources were recovered and utilized comprehensively.
