摘    要:针对某种低品位钛铁矿,该矿通过原矿分级-强磁-重选-混合强磁流程获得。根据入浮原矿的性质,采用攀枝花地区某选厂的粗、细粒捕收剂按照一定比例进行配制后的混合捕收剂对其进行回收。研究结果表明,混合捕收剂具有的选择性和捕收能力均高于某一种粗或细粒捕收剂的优点,大大提高了粗钛精矿的产率和品位,有利于精矿作业,最终获得Ti O2品位达到47%以上的钛精矿,提高了钛精矿的回收率。

Abstract:Through the combined flowsheet of classification high intensity magnetic separation gravity concentration mixed high intensity magnetic separation with certain low-grade ilmenite, finally obtained the ore for the flotation unit.Depending on their properties, choosing a mixed collector from a concentrator on Panzhihuawhich aimed atdifferent grain size in a certain ratio to collect useful part.The result shows that the collectivity capacity of this mixed collector is better than both of the two mixed components, it increases both quality and productivity of concentrate, benefits cleaning operation, and obtain ilmentiteconcentrate with grade of 47% on TiO2, increase recovery in the end.
