电气石微粉的研制及其在环境功能材料中的应用

摘    要:针对某一矿区的电气石块状矿物,采用搅拌磨的方法制备电气石微粉,并对其成分、形貌、粒度等进行了分析和表征。结果表明:电气石微粉的主要组成元素是A l、S i、Fe、Na、Mn、Ca等,属于黑色铁电气石矿物;电气石微粉的平均粒度为6.21μm;电气石微粉的颗粒呈不规则的片状结构。探讨了电气石微粉在空气净化、电磁红外保健、水处理和电磁辐射防护等环境功能材料中的开发应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper,tourmaline,which comes from a mining area,was made into fine powder by means of agitated grinding,and the composition and grading and shape of the powder were studied.The elementary analysis result show that the composition of the tourmaline is composed of Al,Si,Fe,Na,Mn and Ca elements.So,the tourmaline belongs to iron tourmaline.The average size of the powder is 6.21μm.The shape of the powder is irregular slice.Many novel functionally environmental materials,for example,the material to purifying air,the material to infrared health protection of radiating electromagnetic wave,the material to treat water,and the material to shield electromagnetic radiation,can be developed by using tourmaline powder as a raw materials.
