硼泥酸浸提镁过程的动力学研究

摘    要:硫酸浸出是硼泥综合利用过程中的一个关键步骤,硼泥酸浸提镁动力学的研究对于高效提取硼泥中的镁具有重要的理论意义。本文对硫酸浸出硼泥的过程进行了研究,系统考察了搅拌速度、浸出时间、液固比、硫酸质量分数、浸出温度对氧化镁浸出率影响。结果表明浸出时间、液固比、硫酸质量分数、浸出温度对氧化镁的浸出率有显著影响,搅拌速度对氧化镁浸出率影响不大。利用收缩未反应核模型分析了硼泥酸浸提镁过程动力学,硼泥酸浸提镁动力学受表面化学反应控制,反应频率因子是3.4×106/s,反应表观活化能是52.7kJ/mol。

Abstract:The leaching of Boron mud in sulfuric acid was studied in this article, and the effects of stirring speed, leaching time, solid-liquid ratio, concentration of sulfuric acid, and leaching temperature on the leaching rate of MgO were investigated systematically. The results suggested that the leaching rate of MgO was obviously affected by leaching time, solid-liquid ratio, concentration of sulfuric acid, and leaching temperature, while, the stirring speed affected it slightly. A modified unreacted shrinking core model was used to determine the kinetics of magnesium extraction from boron mud leaching in acid. Kinetics of magnesium extraction from boron mud leaching in acid was controlled by the surface chemical reaction. The reaction frequency factor and the apparent activation energy were 3.4?106s-1 and 52.7kJ.mol-1, respectively.
