摘    要:研究了国外某含铜铁矿的酸法浸出,考察了硫酸用量、浸出时间、液固比、转速、浸出温度等因素对浸出率的影响.试验结果表明:在硫酸用量140kg/t,浸出时间60min,液固比为3:1,转速300r/min,温度80℃的条件下,铜的浸出率达73%,浸渣含铜0.24%.浸渣通过适当配矿后,同时还得到了含铜0.2%左右的铁精矿,实现了铜铁资源的高效利用.

Experimental Research on Sulfuric Acid Leaching of an Iron Ore Containing Copper
Abstract:The acid leaching of an iron ore containing copper from a foreign country was researched in this paper.The effects of dosage of sulfuric acid,leaching time,ratio of liquid to solid,rotation speed and leaching temperature on the leaching rate were examined.The results show that when the dosage of sulfuric acid is140kg/t,the leaching time is 60min,the ration of liquid to solid is 3∶1,the rotation speed id 300r/min and the leaching temperature is 80℃,the leaching rate of copper is 73%.Meanwhile,containing 0.24% Cu of leaching residue is obtained.When the proper ore blending is adopted to the leaching residue,the iron concentrate of about 0.2% is obtained.High-effective utilization of copper-iron resources is realized.
