攀钢密地选矿厂总尾矿深度回收方案的探讨

摘    要:本文主要探讨以密地选矿厂的选铁尾矿经选钛厂回收钛精矿后的大井尾矿为原料对有用矿物进行再次回收的合理工艺流程;为寻求合理的钛铁矿选别流程,对关键生产工艺进行了研究。根据原矿性质及关键工艺试验结果,决定采用两段强磁 分级擦磨 浮选的钛精矿生产工艺。

Abstract:The paper discusses the recovery of titanium concentrates to Midi Concentrator the Iron Tailings by election titanium factory Dajing tailings useful minerals as raw materials recycled again reasonable process; sorting process to seek a reasonable ilmenite,critical production. Ore nature and critical process test results, decided to adopt a two-stage the magnetic classification rub flotation titanium concentrates production process.
