铜萃取剂的抗氧化试验研究

摘    要:本文简要阐述了铜萃取剂的主要成份羟酮肟和羟醛肟的化学结构、多取代酚类抗氧化剂对自由基的抗氧化作用和抗氧化机理。铜萃取剂ZJ988与LIX984N的抗氧化试验表明:2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚可提高铜萃取剂中羟醛肟的抗氧化性、羟酮肟的抗氧化性比羟醛肟好。长时间抗氧化稳定性对比试验表明铜萃取剂ZJ988与LIX984N的抗氧化稳定性相同。

Abstract:This paper briefly illustrated the chemical structure of copper extractant main compositions and antioxidation function and mechanism of para-substituents of phenolic antioxidants to radicals. The antioxidation experiments of copper extractant ZJ988 and LIX984N showed that 2,6-di-tert-4-metyl phenol can raise antioxidation performance of hydroxy aldoxime of copper extractant and that antioxidation performance of hydroxy ketoxime is better than one of hydroxy aldoxime. The contrast experiments of long period antioxdation stabilization indicated that copper extractant ZJ988 and LIX984N have the same antioxdation stabilization.
