摘    要:生物冶金技术在释放含铜废石资源上具有技术优势。生物浸出综合试验表明采用SM-3中等嗜热嗜酸菌浸出白银含铜废石中的铜是完全可行,该细菌对矿样中的黄铜矿有较好的生物氧化溶解作用,不存在常温浸矿细菌浸出过程中突显的钝化问题。在接种浓度10%、矿浆浓度5%、矿样粒度D70=400、摇床转速175rpm的试验条件下,浸出30天即可获得80%的Cu浸出率。

Abstract:Bioleaching technology is an effective method in disposing of waste containing copper. The results showed that bioleaching Baiyin copper waste with moderate thermophiles SM-3 was feasible. And the bacteria could positively promote the oxidative leaching of chalcopyrite. The problem of passivation, which often occurs in bioleaching process with mesophilesbacteria, was no longer the key step. The copper extraction had reached to 80% after 30 d of bioleachingat10% inoculum size, 5% pulp density, particle size of 400 mesh and 175revolutionsper minutes (rpm)in an orbital shaker.
