摘    要:研究了用硫酸从云南某红土镍矿中浸出镍,考察了酸矿质量比、液固比和浸出时间对镍浸出率的影响。针对原矿性质特点,确定采用酸矿质量比为0.6∶1,液固比为3∶1,浸出时间为24 h的浸出工艺条件,最终可获得镍浸出率为88.48%的良好指标。研究结果表明该红土镍矿在常温常压下,采用硫酸浸出工艺是可行的,为该红土镍矿的综合利用开发了新途径,具在一定的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Leaching of nickel in laterite ore from Yunnan using sulfuric acid has been researched, effects of acid ilmenite ratio, liquid to solid ratio and leaching time on the leaching rate of nickel. The acid ilmenite ratio of 0.6:1, ratio of solid to liquid was 3:1, the extraction time is 24h, the leaching conditions, can finally obtain nickel leaching rate is a good indicator of 88.48%. Show that the nickel laterite under normal temperature and pressure, using sulfuric acid leaching process is feasible.
