新型渣罐保护剂试验研究

摘    要:本文主要介绍了一种以转炉钢渣为主要原料的新型渣罐保护剂的研究、试验、应用过程。从原材料选择、配比研究、性能检测方面进行了大量的基础试验和应用试验,最终确定性价比好且符合渣罐需求的较佳保护剂配合比,在应用过程中确定了喷涂厚度、相关作用条件和喷涂流程。经现场实际应用,翻罐率达到97%,无一起严重粘罐事故,应用情况良好。

Abstract:Abstract: This paper mainly introduced the research,experiment,application processes of a new type of slag-pot protective agent which used BOF slag as raw materials. We carried a lot of basic and application experiments from the aspects of selecting raw materials,studying ratio and testing performance. Ultimately,we determined the ratio of best protective agent which was good cost performance and meet the needs of slag-pot. Also ,we determined the coating thickness,related effect conditons and spraying process during the application process. After the field practical application,the rate of turning-pot could reach to 96% and none of serious sticky cans accidents happened,the stiuation of application was very well.
