摘    要:以稀硝酸分解样品,采用多重谱线拟合(MSF)扣除光谱干扰,等离子体光谱法测定镨钕混合物中的Sm,Sm的检出限为9×10-8g,方法相对标准偏差1.0%~1.5%,加标回收率为98%~102%,适合于测定镨钕中0.01%~1.00%的Sm。

Abstract:This paper introduced an analytical method for the determination of samarium in Pr-Nd mixture by ICP-AES.The Multicomponent Spectral Fitting(MSF) was adopted to eliminate serious spectrum interference.The samples are treated with HNO3(1+1) and the samarium is determined by ICP-AES.The detection limit for Sm is 9×10-8g,relative standard deviation is 1.0%~1.5%,It can be used for the determination of Sm 0.01%~1.00% in Pr-Nd mixture.
