坡缕石粘土的吸附性能研究

摘    要:研究了土状坡缕石及酸、热活化坡缕石对有机分子、阳离子染料和金属阳离子的吸附性能。研究结果表明 ,酸活化坡缕石的吸附能力大大提高 ,对菜油的脱色力约为原土的 1~ 5倍左右 ,并能有效去除菜油中的黄曲霉素。天然坡缕石对金属阳离子的吸附顺序为 :Pb2 + >Zn2 + >Cd2 + ;热活化坡缕石对 Zn2 + 的吸附符合 Freundlich吸附模式 ,吸附易于进行 ,而且对大有机分子的阳离子染料也有较强的吸附作用

Abstract:The adsorption behavior of palygorskite clay and acid and beat activated palygorskite for organic molecular,cationic dyes and metallicions was investigated in this paper.The research results indicated that the adsorption capacity of acid activated palygorskite is obviously increased,the decolurizing power is 1~5 times high than those of natural palygorskite.At the same time,the aflatoxin in rape oil is effectively removed.The order of adsorption capacity of natural palygorskite for metallic ions is Pb 2+ >Zn 2+ >Cd 2+ .The adsorption of heat activated palygorskite for Zn 2+ corresponds to Freundlich mode,and have stronger adsorption capacity for macromolecular cationic dyes.
