酸溶分解试样、酸介质电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定岩石矿物中的钨

摘    要:巧妙地使用酸溶分解岩石矿物试样,利用草酸作络合剂避免了钨酸析出,有效地解决了钨矿经酸溶分解后在酸性溶液的溶解问题。直接在酸性介质中用电感耦合等离子发射光谱测定岩石矿物中的钨。达到了在酸性介质中使用ICP-AES测定岩石矿物中微量钨(0.00xx%)及常量钨(x.xx%)的目的。在本方法所使用的酸性介质中,WO3工作曲线0.00mg/L、1.00mg/L、10.00mg/L、50.00mg/L,线性关系良好,相关系数(0.9999-1.0000),与国家级标准物质分析结果吻合,方法检出限3.4 ug/g,方法精密度(LSD)小于5.0%。试验结果表明,该方法样品预处理时间短、操作简便、分析稳定性好,适合地质普查样、选矿流程样等大批量样品分析测试。该方法已在选矿流程样品分析中使用。

Abstract:The problem of dissolution of tungsten ore in the acid solution after acid dissolution was effectively solved by using acid dissolution to decompose rock mineral samples and using oxalic acid as complexing agent,which can avoid the precipitation of tungsten acid.In the acid medium inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to determine the tungsten in the rock minerals,the aim of determination of the minim tungsten(0.00xx%)and the constant tungsten(x.xx%)by ICP-AES was reached.In this method when the acid medium was used,the WO3 working curve of 0.00mg/L,1.00mg/L,10.00mg/L and 50.00mg/L is excellent,the correlation coefficient coincides with the national standard material analysis result,the method detection limit is 3.4 μg/g and the LSD is less than 5.0%.The results showed that this method has the characteristics that the time for pretreating samples is short,the operation is simple and analysis stability is good,which fits for the geological survey and beneficiation flowsheet samples.This method has been used in the analysis of beneficiation flowsheet samples.
