低品位难选铁矿石利用新途径研究

摘    要:对多种低品位难选铁矿石进行了直接还原研究,提出了煤基直接还原—渣铁分离—还原铁粉冷固结成型的新工艺流程。所得产品的铁品位、金属化率和铁回收率分别在90%、92%、和84%以上。该工艺为利用我国大量的尚未开发的低品位难选铁矿提供了新途径。

Abstract:Various low-grade and hard-to-separate iron have been studied in this paper by means of direct reduction process. Based on the results, a new technological process was given as following; coal-based direct reduction process-separation of iron and slag-cold-bonded agglomeration of DRI fines. The main performance indexes of the product from this processare following: iron grade:>90%; metallization rate:>92%;iron recovery:>84%.This process can be seen as a new way in utilizing the enormous low-grade and hard-to-separate iron ores in our country which have not been exploited yet.
