某钼铜硫化矿优先分选分离试验研究

摘    要:针对青海某钼铜多金属硫化矿矿石特点,进行了铜钼混合粗选—优先分选分离试验研究。该选矿工艺使钼、铜、银等得到了综合回收,获得了含铜21.51%、含银873.1g/t、铜回收率86.04%、银回收率98.98%的铜精矿和含钼50.36%、钼回收率76.86%的钼精矿。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of a Cu-Mo sulphides ore in Qinghai,the experimental research on the mineral processing flowsheet of "bulk flotation-selective flotation" to separate Cu-Mo was performed.By adopting the open circuit,Mo,Cu and Ag are comprehensively recoveried.The copper concentrate contaning Cu of21.51% and Ag of 873.1g/t and the molybdenum concentrate with Mo of 50.36% are obtained.The ore-dressing recoveries of Mo,Cu and Ag are 76.86%,86.04% and 98.98% respectively.
