摘    要:研究了在不同添加剂用量下,石煤氧压酸浸过程中硅的行为。试验结果表明:随着添加剂用量的增加,SiO2的Ⅰ段浸出率逐渐上升,而Ⅱ段浸出率则逐步降低。总体上SiO2的两段浸出率呈现增加的趋势。其最大浸出率仅为0.75%左右,即在氧压浸出过程中SiO2基本不被溶出。当滤液中SiO2浓度超过2.0g/L时,矿浆过滤速率变得缓慢。

Abstract:The silicon behavior in oxygen pressure acid leaching of stone-coal under different dosage of additive was studied.The experimental results showed that with the increase of additive consumption the leaching rate of SiO2 was also improved in first stage leaching,but it is decreased in second stage leaching.The total leaching rate of SiO2 in two stages appeared incremental tendency.However,its maximum leaching rate only attained 0.75%,that is,the SiO2 in this mineral was difficult to be leached.When the concentration of SiO2 in leaching liquor exceeds 2.0g/L,the filtration rate of the pulp becomes slower.
