铬盐清洁工艺中铬渣资源化利用实验研究

摘    要:为了对铬盐清洁工艺中产生的铬渣进行资源化利用,结合工程现场,确定采用氢气还原法对铬渣进行解毒,并考察了氢还原对铬渣中钾的回收和铁富集特性的影响,同时还利用铬渣制备了合格的聚合硫酸铁产品。

Abstract:In order to realize resourceful disposal of the chromium-containing residues obtained in the cleaner production technology, of chromates, according as the practical situation of engineering field, the detoxication processing for chromium-containing residues by hydrogen reduction is adopted. The effects of hydrogen reduction on recovering potassium from the residues containing chlorium and enriching characters of iron have been examined. Moreover, the qualified product of polyferric sulphate is produced using the chromium-containing residues.
